2022 All-Alumni Reunion Retreat

Our popular all-alumni reunion retreat is rising from the ashes of 2020. How apropos, then, that we will be gathering near Phoenix, AZ at the Franciscan Renewal Center!

WHO: You - and a lot of your RI siblings - and Renovaré Institute staff and faculty. Spouses are welcome as well!
WHAT: A fun and meaningful get-together done in the Renovaré Way
WHERE: Franciscan Renewal Center, 5802 E. Lincoln Drive, Scottsdale, AZ 85253
WHEN: 4 PM on November 4, 2022 - 1 PM on November 6, 2022
HOW: With great joy!
WHY: Because the more we get together, the happier we’ll be.

WELCOME, JONATHAN BAILEY!

Jonathan Bailey (The Threefold Way, former Renovaré board chair) will lead us through “Growing a Rule of Life: Planning for Sustainable Transformation.” Read more about his vision for our weekend together here: Announcing the 2022 RI All-Alumni Reunion Retreat Leader.

FAQs:

Q. Will there be special times to gather with only those from my cohort?

A. All group discussions will involve all the cohorts together. For special time with your cohort siblings, please plan for catch up at meals and during free time.

Q. Will there be transportation provided between the airport (PHX) and the retreat center?

A. We will have 2 staff members onsite with vehicles and will do the best we can to offer some airport shuttles on Friday and Sunday. Please note that we will not have space available to shuttle all who may need rides. Connecting with other alum to arrange for group rideshares/taxis is strongly encouraged. More information on shuttles will be provided closer to the retreat (in October).

Q. I am interested in arriving early or staying late.

A. For any aspects of your time at Franciscan Renewal Center that falls outside our scheduled Friday to Sunday retreat, please contact FRC directly to see if they have space available: 480-948-7460. Please note that we will not be able to do any Alumni Retreat-related airport shuttles on days other than Friday and Sunday.

Q. Are there any bursaries/discounts available?

A. We’re so sorry. We crunched the numbers as hard as we could and the facility expenses are such that we do not have leeway on the registration fees. Shoot Justine an email if cost is an insurmountable barrier, and, should any donors step forward and wish to help cover costs, she will let you know. Likewise, if you are in a position to help sponsor a sibling’s attendance at the retreat, do let Justine know. Thank you!
